Heartfelt Ceremonies written

and delivered with Compassion and Joy

A Celebration of Life

'Joy' may seem an unconventional word to use in relation to Funerals

I feel that Funeral Ceremonies can actually be a Celebration of Life, and are the opportunity to remember your loved one with Happiness and, yes, Joy.

With compassion and care, I can help you to do that by encouraging you to think about all the good memories you have and want to share with others.

And by crafting a ceremony that will be a fitting tribute to the person you have lost.

This is how it can happen!

I will meet with you and the family to discuss your vision of how you would like the Ceremony to go. I will gently draw out any stories or other information you would like to include in the Ceremony - and listen with compassion and sympathy to everything you want to tell me.

I will work with your Funeral Director to ensure the process of planning the Funeral is as smooth and pain-free as possible for you, and there may even be a few laughs along the way.
I love Funeral Ceremonies that are a little bit different, reflecting the character and personality of the person who has died and adding quirky little touches that you know they would have enjoyed. I especially love it if mourners themselves want to say a few words.

Why choose me

First and foremost I will listen to you and be there for you in your grief.

In crafting the service, I will be flexible and open to all ideas, so that you have the ceremony you want - religious, semi-religious, humanist etc. - it can be loud, colourful and hilarious, or just a gentle tribute to your loved one. I can make suggestions about readings and hymns/music choices if you like.

You can have your ceremony in the crematorium or in a natural burial ground, or a memorial service anywhere you want! There are so many choices nowadays that people aren't even aware of.

Let me guide you through and be by your side through the whole process.

I will be there in the run up to the Ceremony to support you in your grief.
